Dr. Chandler does not accept any insurance at this time and all services are private pay. A receipt for services will be provided at the 3rd appointment to file a claim for out of network benefits with your insurance company or to apply your fees toward your deductible. If you have met your deductible, you may want to call your insurance to see what your out-of-network benefits are for a psychological evaluation.
Rates
1st meeting or Diagnostic Interview- $300
2nd meeting for testing- $750 (ages 2 years, 6 months and younger), $1100 (ages 2 years, 6 months-3 years, 11 months), $1250 (ages 4 years- 6 years, 11 months), $1800 (7 & older)
3rd meeting for interpretation of results- $300
TOTAL = $1350-$2400
College aged and adult fees:
1st meeting or Diagnostic Interview- $300
2nd meeting for testing- $1800
3rd meeting for interpretation of results- $300
TOTAL = $2400
CANCELATION/No-Show FEE
The fee for each session will be due and must be paid at the conclusion of each session. Check, cash, or credit cards are acceptable methods of payment. Once an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved only for you. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact Dr. Chandler at least 48-hours in advance so that she may be able to fill that appointment with a client from her waiting list. If Dr. Chandler does not receive 48 hours advance notice (except in the case of illness, inclement weather, or death in the family) you will be responsible for 50% of the fee for your appointment. A credit card will be required to confirm and secure your appointment.

ADDITIONAL FEES: If any additional services are requested by Dr. Chandler, which can include writing a letter for treatment purposes, disability applications, etc, additional fees will apply. Below are some of the prices for additional fees:
Letter Fee - $50-75
Disability Application Fee- $50
Consultation Fee- $250/hr.
Presentation Fee- $250/hr (Plus Presentation Material Fee - $200/hr)
